RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Vanson we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. If you have changed your mind on a purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 3 days. We provide Store Credits which gets credited to your Vanson online account.
Return & Exchange Process :
1. Items can be returned within 3 days of receiving them.
2. If the received item is damaged, inform our customer care team within 48 hours along with pictures/videos of the item.
4. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and submit the request. Please note that returns will only be picked up from the original delivery address
5. Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned in its original box/packaging with our invoice.
6. The products should be in new or unused condition without any marks or damage.
7. Refund will be credited in the form of Store Credit into the Vanson account after the returned item is inspected, and a unique code will be shared on the registered email id.
8. COD Fee will not be refunded at the time of returning the item.
9. Following Accessories cannot be exchange & return for change of mind, except where the item is faulty or defective.

10. Store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online.
If these requirements are not met, Vanson reserves the right to refuse the return request.
