7-DAY RETURN POLICY 

With our fantastic 7-day return policy, you can order any standard (full-price) item from Vanson and return it for a refund via store credits, provided we receive the item within 7 days of the delivery date, is returned in new condition with all original documentation and collateral included. A return fee of 350/- Rs. is applicable for shipping, handling, and packaging costs.

We are confident that you will love your Vanson Shoes, however, if you need to return or exchange any item within your order, here’s what you need to know:

All returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition with:

  1. The complete shoe and the box, without signs of tampering or damage.
  2. Original invoice.
  3. All free accessories including (but not limited to) the shoe bag, presentation box and any other free items returned in reusable condition. Damaged items will be subject to a replacement fee.
  4. Purchases with any up front shipping costs will be refunded the purchase amount less those shipping costs.
  5. A return fee of Rs. 350 is applicable on all returns & exchanges
  6. All orders refunded will be given back as store credit only, valid for up to a year. (Subracting the return fee of Rs. 350)
  7. Gift cards cannot be refunded
  8. Exchange is only allowed on items of equal or greater value.

We do not refund standard, international, or expedited shipping, gift cards on returns or exchanges. Also, all Sale items, items with signs of setting or damage, jewellery showing signs of wear and tear, or damaged in any way, cannot be accepted for return. Please note, return shipping costs will be at your expense. Packages that are refused or returned to sender will be considered an automatic return and all shipping expenses will be taken out of the refund.


As a consumer founded company, we're pleased to offer 7-day returns, however, we ask in return that you make your choice wisely. 

SALE ITEMS

All 'Sale' items, and any shoe showing signs of wear and/or damaged in any way, cannot be accepted for return. Sale items are eligible for exchange within the first 7-days after delivery, however, exchange is only allowed on items of equal or greater value.


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. To start your return. Go to returns page and start by entering your order number and email 
  2. You will see your order details and select your product/s to be returned or exchanged. 
  3. The system will show you the returned store credit based on your selection and following to that you can click submit your return.
  4. We will review your request and approved or reject the return.
  5. Package Your Return. Include all original packaging, free accessories, and collateral material.
  6. The recorded shipping date back to Vanson must be within 7 days from the confirmed date you received your package. Any item subject to return shipped outside of this time restriction will not be available for return.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

Vanson will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

Only one item can be returned or exchanged per customer.

Return shipping will be at your cost. Packages that are refused or returned to sender will be considered an automatic return and all shipping expenses will be taken out of the refund.

Once we receive your returned item it’ll be inspected by our quality control department. If accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few business days.

Returns with tags that show signs of tampering, and packages that are improperly packaged will either be refused or charged a restocking fee at our discretion.


CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel an order when it is in dispatching/shipped status. Any amount paid will be refunded back to you at the earliest.
