A return fee of 350/- Rs. is applicable for shipping, handling, and packaging costs.

We do not refund standard, international, or expedited shipping, gift cards on returns or exchanges. Also, all Sale items, items with signs of setting or damage, jewellery showing signs of wear and tear, or damaged in any way, cannot be accepted for return. Please note, return shipping costs will be at your expense. Packages that are refused or returned to sender will be considered an automatic return and all shipping expenses will be taken out of the refund.
As a consumer founded company, we're pleased to offer 7-day returns, however, we ask in return that you make your choice wisely.
All 'Sale' items, and any shoe showing signs of wear and/or damaged in any way, cannot be accepted for return. Sale items are eligible for exchange within the first 7-days after delivery, however, exchange is only allowed on items of equal or greater value.
Vanson will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
Only one item can be returned or exchanged per customer.
Return shipping will be at your cost. Packages that are refused or returned to sender will be considered an automatic return and all shipping expenses will be taken out of the refund.
Once we receive your returned item it’ll be inspected by our quality control department. If accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few business days.
Returns with tags that show signs of tampering, and packages that are improperly packaged will either be refused or charged a restocking fee at our discretion.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel an order when it is in dispatching/shipped status. Any amount paid will be refunded back to you at the earliest.
